Whether you are vegan or looking for more plant based sources of protein to support your long term health, then this is the perfect workshop for you. I will be discussing where to find the healthiest sources of protein from plants, how much you really need, what amino acids are and why they are essential to long term health and how you can use more plants to make delicious high protein snacks for on the go, at home or for your kids at school.
There will be lots of sampling, Demos, recipes to take home and a quick guide to protein packed snacks all included in the workshop.
