These delicious protein packed energy bites are easy to prepare in only 5-10 minutes. They are great when you need that little pick me up late in the day, or following a challenging workout. Here's what you need. Makes 16 1 1/2 cups of dates 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup of chia seeds 1/4 cup of sesame seeds 2 tbsp raw cacao 2 tbsp water Place all of the ingredients to a food processor, except the water. Blend up until it starts to combine will be very sticky, then add in the water and continue to combine until it starts to resemble a dough. Then roll into small circles and place into a sealed container in the fridge. Will keep for up to a week. Enjoy!
