I knew I was doing something wrong with my diet because I just couldn't lose the weight I wanted. So through Body Fit solutions I heard about Debbie's nutrition workshops and attended one. Wow, it opened my eyes!! After that I thought it would be a good idea to see Debbie one to one about my specific goals and health needs. We discussed my weight loss goals and I asked Debbie to develop a 4 week meal plan to get me on the right track. The recipes she provided were simple, easy and delicious - the result was around 10 lbs lost I was thrilled. I am going to continue eating healthy and use the valuable advice Debbie provided to lose some more weight.
